Growler 2025 Schedule and Volunteers – Please Read!

Lots of KEY Information in this email… appreciate your patience as you read through.

First off please take a minute to view the Video our own Brooke Bryand and Scot Carboni put together with our 2025 “Growler Kid” Shane!!

That is why we do this people!!  Feel free to grab this link and use this video in your own fundraising emails.  I know I will!

Some additional key points of Information for Growler 2025 and some “action items” for everyone to care for.

  1. Online Registration continues with about 75 participants “missing”:
    • EVERY player must access this registration, sign their waiver, confirm eligibility and pay their now $95 by July 29th to play opening night. I emailed your captains “Who’s In” to help round this out.
    • If you don’t register soon we CAN NOT guarantee your Shirt size and color availability.  
  2. Volunteering Link is back up and operational.  This year we again have Growler, Jr Growler, GrowlHer, and Growler Masters volunteer opportunities listed online via these links: Growler: https://signup.com/go/ajCFNyN

    • As you know Volunteering counts towards your team’s GPI.
    • Please sign up only for what you intend to staff.  We will be checking to make sure the roles are filled by those that sign up for them and of course we NEED the volunteers when the events happen, so we depend on your attendance.
  3. Within the next week we’ll be launching the rebranded Growler webpage.. there will be no change to you in terms of the main URL… but from there you’ll see some changes.  If anything is missing or if you have any questions about the web page please let me know.

    •  Best of luck as you play across Divisions Week 1 and then fight for the 1st ever Division titles Weeks 2 and 3.  Every team plays 3 weeks at Springdale and 1 week at either Greystone or Lake Park.
